Prima Edge Health (Pty) Ltd ("we") collects your health data for disease prevention, early detection and treatment, on the basis of your consent below. Health data is treated as special personal information under POPIA and is processed only for the purposes you consent to. Your employer receives anonymised, aggregated reports only — no individual results are ever shared.
What we collect: Height, weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, mental health screening scores, smoking status, and identifying details (name, ID/passport number, contact details).
Your rights: You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by contacting our Information Officer at [FILL IN: name] — privacy@primaedge.co.za. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa) at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za if you believe your information has been mishandled.
Data storage: South Africa (Johannesburg), TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, retained for [FILL IN: confirm retention period] per applicable clinical record-keeping guidance.
